Guava Lava | Derek's Hot Sauce

Guava Lava is made in Melbourne and boasts a unique sweet flavour. With this tasty sauce, you'll discover a slight heat from jalapeños and green bell peppers, as well as a combo of garlic and white wine vinegar to round it out.

Guava Lava works amazingly well as a dipping sauce, or drizzled over fresh fish or salad.

Guava lava, tbh was born out of not being able to get Carolina reapers for hawt sauce and it was just after I was on holidays overdosing on guava juice every morning at the buffet. The Guava lave is jalapeno based, still kinda hot, but on the sweeter side. it doesn't have that big grassy green flavour like other green sauces do. The label is by Tristan Bently, also a tattoo artist in NSW.

Ingredients: jalapeños, bell peppers, organic apple juice, organic guava juice, rice vinegar, garlic, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, Himalayan salt
